These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the subscriptions offered in V2Box (“the App”), operated by Hexa Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing and using the subscriptions, you agree to these Terms.
1. Subscription Overview
The Remove Ads subscription allows you to use the App without seeing any advertising content.
- Monthly Plan – Removes ads for 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Yearly Plan – Removes ads for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Payment and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play using the payment method linked to your Google account.
- Payment is charged at the time of purchase and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal charges will be billed within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
3. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings.
- Canceling will stop future charges, but you will continue to have ad-free access until the current billing period ends.
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.
4. No Ads Guarantee
- While your subscription is active, we will not display ads within the App.
5. Changes to Pricing or Features
We may change subscription prices, benefits, or terms in the future. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current subscription period.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy.
- We do not provide refunds directly unless required by law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted within the App and take effect immediately upon posting.
