Information We Collect
Personal Information
We do not collect, store, or sell any personal information.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect information such as:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Physical address
- Payment information
- Contacts
- Photos or media files
Device and Usage Data
To improve the stability and reliability of the app, we use Google Firebase Crashlytics.
Crashlytics may automatically collect limited technical information when the app crashes or encounters unexpected errors, including:
- Device model
- Operating system version
- App version
- Crash logs and diagnostic information
- Anonymous technical identifiers necessary for crash reporting
This information is used solely to diagnose issues and improve the performance and stability of the application. We do not use this data to identify individual users.
Local Network Access
Remo requires access to your local network in order to discover and communicate with compatible TVs and streaming devices on the same Wi-Fi network.
This communication occurs only between your device and compatible devices on your local network. We do not transmit information about your connected devices to our servers.
Data Storage
We do not maintain servers that store user data. Any settings or preferences you configure are stored locally on your device unless otherwise required by the operating system.
Third-Party Services
The app currently uses the following third-party service:
- Firebase Crashlytics – for crash reporting and diagnostics.
These services may process limited technical information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Advertising
The current version of Remo does not display advertisements.
In future versions, we may introduce advertising services. If we do, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe:
- Which advertising providers are used
- What information may be collected by those providers
- How that information is used
- Any choices available to you regarding personalized advertising
Children’s Privacy
Remo is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can address the situation.
Data Security
Although we do not collect personal information, we take reasonable measures to ensure that the app is secure and that any diagnostic information collected through Firebase Crashlytics is handled appropriately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
