Hexa Software Co. Ltd (“we” or “us”) respects the privacy of our users (“you”) and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use our mobile application, MiKi (the “App”).

We do not retain your photos or personal information. We only use your photo data to facilitate transmission to a third-party API for enhancement. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We do not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not retain your photos or personal information. When you select photos for enhancement, they are transmitted to the Our API, and the enhanced photos are returned to the app for your use. We do not store your original photos or any personal information about you in our system.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure.

DATA COLLECTION

The App only collects and shares the app’s crash logs and diagnostics. Crash log data may for example be, the number of times that your app has crashed, stack traces or other information directly related to a crash. Analytics data may include; how long a user spent on a certain screen in the app. This information is collected and shared by/with Google’s own Firebase crashlytics and analytics. This helps in improving the app quality by ensuring any crashes and bugs are fixed. No individually/personally identifying information is collected/shared.

DEVICE IDENTIFIERS

your device ID isn’t collected and shared with any third parties and will be entirely used on the device itself. this is optional and collection and usage of the device identifier isn’t a requirement to use the app.

ADVERTISING NETWORKS

The App is monetized using mobile app ads. This is achieved with the Google Admob advertising platform. Advertising is achieved with adherence to the privacy policy that can be accessed here

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The App does not collect any personally identifiable information from any one be it child or adult. This thus implies that no personally identifiable information is collected from children under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
